THE ROLE
Reporting to the CFO, this newly created position is a pivotal role for the company’s journey ahead. It will provide finance business partnering and accounting support to the group manufacturing and milk supply operations.
This exciting role will be based at our head office in Carrum Downs, VIC, but will support the overall Supply Chain, including manufacturing operations in VIC and QLD as well as our farm operations based in regional QLD and NSW.
The Senior Management Accountant will partner with executives on Supply Chain strategy and execution as well as ensuring all risks and opportunities in Supply Chain P&L are duly highlighted and reflected in the forecast.
We have significant strategic Supply Chain projects in the next couple of years. This role will be essential to make them a success and you should expect the role to evolve and grow over time.
Responsibilities also include managing and updating the standard costing process, responsibility of reporting and forecasting Supply Chain P&L, attending and contributing to the commercial success of the business in addition to monthly supply performance commentary and will be an integral part for the monthly business forecast.
Principal Accountabilities of this role are focused on Supply Chain Business Partnering, Planning, Costings, Change Management, Modelling, Month-end and Control.

You have solid technical skills, both from a finance processing but also modelling side. You are also a strong communicator who has the ability to influence and can build effective relationships at all levels easily.
Your previous years' manufacturing finance experience has been spent in the food industry.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA/CA professional qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in similar roles with experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG an advantage
- Ability to be a strong, positive leader in the business. Shaping and influencing the teams they work in.
- Strong problem solver, willing to leverage the team to drive systems and process improvement.
- A creative thinker; can apply their financial modelling and reporting skills to a wide variety of business environments.
- A passion for performance and not afraid to lead change.
- Working in an ERP environment essential. Business Central knowledge desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills
