About the role
We currently have a fantastic full-time opportunity in our Live (accommodation) division for a Senior Manager. This role is instrumental in leading and overseeing the operational practices and team culture within Wallara’s Accommodation sites. You will bring your expertise in partnering, stakeholder engagement and business growth to drive the achievement of growth in our Accommodation division and be an important part of the Senior Leadership Team to impact on strategic initiatives for the organisation.
Days are Monday – Friday and hours are 8:30am – 4:36pm. Flexible hours are available in agreement with the manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong operational Senior management experience, preferably in a social purpose, education or healthcare setting
- Skilled at business development through internal and external networks, key decision makers and relevant organisations
- Proven experience with implementing process improvement, organisational strategic change and the ability to identity proactive solutions
- Strategic leadership with excellent partnering and business development skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Ability to identify issues, including obstacles and opportunities and develop and implement effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable effective and appropriate interaction at all levels within the organisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Commitment to the principles of WHS, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation
- Appropriate academic qualifications in Management Discipline

- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check - We are working with vulnerable people and this check is required to ensure we are employing people that do not present a risk to participants
- Full Victorian driver licence
