Senior Manager - Digital Analytics

Through this partnership, we've created a new business called wiq who will harness the best of Woolworths Group and Quantium to reimagine retail by solving the most complex problems using data and analytics. As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.
What you'll do
As a Digital AnalyticsSenior Manager, you are responsible for leading a highly capable digital chapter in the wiq Data Practice in the capacity of a chapter lead, including people management and digital data capabilities.
As a Squad Lead for Digital Platforms Analytics you are responsible for driving the squad outcomes, liaise and collaborate directly with multiple product squads, leadership and provide insights to our Platform businesses, Tribes and Squads, embedding them into their plans and informing their strategic objectives and KRs.
- Lead a team of Digital Analysts and ensure the development of team members.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Content Squads to drive business and brand goals forward through Digital Measurements and insights.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic support and oversight to the Executive and Leadership teams to enable proactive decision making.
- Accountable for integrity of clickstream data in GCP, ensuring the data is accurate and complete for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Leading the development and adoption of Digitally Influenced Sales Model across Digital Experience Product squads.
Team management is a key component of this role and we are looking for an experienced people leader, with a passion for enabling and developing a team and also establishing an environment conducive to personal and professional growth.
Equally we are also looking for proven analytics experience with a track record of having grown, developed and transformed analytics and insights capability in a large organisation. Demonstrable experience working to leverage data and insights to identity opportunities, lift organisational performance and improve customer experience is essential.
- 5+ years of experience working in Digital Analytics with a focus on challenging the status quo to promote innovative thinking
- 5+ years of experience working in leadership roles responsible for delivering data, insights and measurement strategy, and leading innovation within advanced analytics to drive customer outcomes
- Solid understanding of Digital Analytics - Clickstream Data and Tag Management
- Extensive knowledge of Digital Analytics tools and platforms - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Fullstory, Tealium Tag Manager and GCP.
- Experience in delivering digital revenue strategies and product delivery.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to drive results and engage key decision-makers
