THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the CFO, you will have oversight of and responsibility for:
- A team of 2-3 Finance Analysts
- Delivering the Group's budgets, forecasts and & business plan
- Providing data-supported commercial & financial insights to the business
- Analytical commentary on monthly results
- Contributing to board reports
- Working directly with the M&A team on any potential acquisitions
- Uplift & improvement of financial modelling capability within a newly rolled out best-in-market analytical tool

We are seeking an established Commercial Finance Leader with extensive & recent financial services experience who has lead high performing commercial finance teams.
You will be a natural leader who is able to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders. You will have outstanding commercial acumen and experience providing data driven insights to the business.
