Lead with Integrity and Professionalism
As the Senior Manager Health and Building Regulation, you will provide resilient and purpose-driven leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high performance and integrity within a regulatory environment.
You will oversee investigations, develop educational programs, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Your strategic thinking, communication skills, and team-focused approach will be essential in achieving corporate and divisional objectives while upholding the organisation's values.
You will also collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies and community groups, to drive regulatory excellence and promote public well-being.
We are Looking for Candidates Who Have
- Tertiary qualifications in environmental health, Building Regulation, town planning, or law
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary team in a regulatory role
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer outcomes within a regulatory framework
- Excellent communication skills to address technical, strategic, and complex issues
