- Manage roughly 170 properties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with owners and tenants, including onsite meetings as needed
- Handle rental arrears
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Conduct open homes
- Manage maintenance requests
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Issue breach notices as required
- NO ROUTINES!!
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Own car and driver’s license
- Reside locally in The Hills area
