The Opportunity

The Senior Manager Medical Operations role will lead all functions associated with our medical services provision across all Ballarat Community Health sites, incorporating our clinical and administrative teams at the point of service delivery. Key to this position is the creation of a multidisciplinary team that drives performance and clinical outcomes. Ensuring we have a safe, person centred, efficient and effective suite of services.
Supported by an experienced leadership and project team, this role will also lead a positive change program that aims to take our service to the next level. Our focus: providing an integrated, efficient, sustainable, and client focused primary care program. This role is surrounded by great people, will lead great people, and will support exceptional healthcare to the Ballarat Community and beyond.
The successful applicant will have:
- A graduate or post graduate qualification in a health-related field, and/or business/health administration is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in managing a medical practice or relatable clinical service
- Well-developed people management, project management, leadership and communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams will be highly regarded
