We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to oversee the service delivery of a Mental Health program and AOD center. In this role, you will provide operational leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight to ensure the effective delivery, growth, and development of the Mental Health and AOD programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide people and operational leadership and management oversight for the Mental Health program and AOD center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of both the clients and community.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and development of the programs, in alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local community service providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and build referral pathways.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation for the Mental Health program and AOD centre, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Monitor program outcomes, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary depending on experience (base range between $110k - $125k)
- 11% superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900

- Hybrid position; 2 days home, 3 days on-site

Qualifications & Experience:
- Full Australian working rights
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Nursing or similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership within the Mental Health and AOD sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care and promoting recovery and well-being.
- WWCC and National Police check
