As our Program GovernanceSenior Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing governance processes across key strategic areas for Program rQ to ensure best practice governance. The role aligns with the broader team's purpose of delivering strategic transformation and enabling organisational effectiveness. You'll join us to provide expert governance knowledge and close support to the General Manager Integrated Risk Program, Head of Program Governance, along with other senior stakeholders within the PMO. Utilising your superior stakeholder management and influencing skills, you'll play a large part in bringing together Executive and Senior Management stakeholders across BOQ Group to move through Program rQ’s governance and assurance activities
This role will collaborate with relevant Group Executives (Workstream Leads), Workstream General Managers (across Line 1 and 2), Delivery Leads and Project Managers to provide insightful reporting on Program Performance and Delivery. The reporting prepared by this role will be presented to the Program rQ Steering Committee (made up of the Executive Committee), the Board Risk Committee and Board.
Importantly, this role is also responsible for providing input into the Group’s Integrated Plan, and assist with prioritisation, to ensure that Program rQ deliverables and dependencies are aligned to the Group’s strategic plan and key strategic projects.
About you
As this role will design and manage information flow across all workstreams using key tools and systems to demonstrate confidence in program delivery and reporting, we are seeking an experienced individual who has been exposed to this, within large transformational programs of work.
Collaboration and partnership come naturally to you, where you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, participating and promoting cooperative working relationships across the organisation. You describe yourself as enthusiastic, analytical problem solver who is ready for their next challenge!
As a leader within the risk and governance management space, you have the proven ability to work with any stakeholder – especially at senior level - working alongside them to reach a desired outcome. You are familiar with the analysis and reporting of the governance arena and are comfortable presenting key insights and data to any audience, supporting the evolution of the Group’s risk culture and control environment as we move towards a more mature operating model.
