As the Senior Manager Risk and Resilience, you will be integral to the energy transformation and will take the lead in delivery of risk management and business resilience services for the company. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Risk, Compliance & Assurance to monitor and report on key business risks and business resilience requirements.Don't miss this opportunity to make a significant impact and advance your career in a forward-thinking environment.Duties include but are not limited to:Building and promoting a culture and understanding of risk management and business resilience.Reviewing and evaluating changes to the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Framework, including applicable Policies.Leading the development of improved enterprise risk reporting, systems upgrades and education programs covering both operational and strategic risks.Leading and participating in company and industry risk workshops and crisis. management / business continuity exercises.Leading the development of risk management reporting related to SOCI material risks. Leading the development and delivery of risk management training at different levels across the business.Developing and executing the risk management strategy including assessment of strategic alternatives and approaches.Managing relationships and deliverables of direct reports and co source strategic advisers to deliver outcomes.Engaging with risk management industry peers. Leading the integration of new / future energy assets from an enterprise Risk and Resilience perspective. About You To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business or related discipline.Strong risk management experience whether in a specialist role or other discipline incorporating (15+ years) including:Development and Management of an Enterprise Risk Management and Resilience Framework.Operation of a system for managing risk information, tracking, and reporting.Operation of a business resilience framework, crisis management / business continuity framework and exercising.Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and influencing others to achieve outcomes is a key component of this role.Process safety related risk management experience would be advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to engage with peers and at a Senior Manager level to influence outcomes across CSE, including written communication.Understanding of the electricity and commercial insurance markets, would be highly regarded.About UsCS Energy is a proudly Queensland-owned and based company that provides competitively priced and reliable energy to some of our state’s biggest industries and employers.
