About the roleThe
Senior Manager,
Social Work is a recognised clinical expert in
Social Work and is responsible for contributing to the attainment of operational goals of the
Social Work service, has strategic and operational line management as part of the single service, multiple site model, and has key input into strategic and operational planning within the
Social Work service.The position in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure best practice evidence underpins service delivery and development, facilitates human resource processes, ensures compliance with Clinical Supervision Policy and credentialing requirements, leads relevant quality improvement initiatives, and, facilitates access to relevant professional training and clinical support activities.The successful applicant will contribute to strategic and operational plans for CALHN
Social Work and have a lead role in ensuring service quality and workforce development and work in partnership with other allied health senior management teams and critical stakeholders.
Qualifications- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work which entitles full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
