Your new roleThe
Senior Manager, Transaction and
Portfolio Communications is responsible for identifying threats and opportunities to the Fund's reputation and managing effective communications and stakeholder engagement activities to support positive reputation outcomes for the Fund's investment program.As a member of the Investment Relations leadership team the role also contributes to the development and implementation of the Fund's investment communications strategy and the creation of investment narratives, case studies and content that supports the Fund's reputation as a leading global investor. Portfolio Communications will play a key role in ensuring the Fund's reputation is appropriately considered in investment decision making and ongoing investment ownership; and the Fund's reputation as an investor is proactively managed.Specifically, the

Portfolio Communications is responsible for leading the following activities to support investment strategy execution and positive Fund reputation outcomes:1. Stakeholder identification and management2. Reputation issue identification and management3. Communications planning and execution co-ordination4. Process development/enhancement
What you'll need- 10+ years Investor Relations, Communications and Stakeholder Management experience with a large private markets investor in infrastructure, real estate or private equity sectors
- Proven ability to develop communications plans to support transaction activity and emerging reputation issues
- Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise - including a strong understanding of the stakeholder universe for direct investment activity
- A successful track record in the development and execution of complex stakeholder management plans
- Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external resources to achieve target investment and reputation outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken - with an ability to clearly articulate key issues for consideration and decision-making
- The ability to build strong relationships with investment teams to ensure open lines of communication and proactive engagement on reputation issues
- Confidence to engage with senior executives and decision makers to provide independent advice
