Due to growth they require a new Regional Technical Sales Manager in SNSW that has the same characteristics.

You will be rewarded for being already recognised as a technically driven sales manager with an in-depth understanding of crop nutrition needs and strategies.

The role

You will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical advice, and supporting the use of nutrition products, along with the management of effective customer relationships in the region.

  • Active engagement in cotton, winter broadacre and summer cropping pasture production and horticultural enterprises.
  • Management of distribution partner, corporate farms and key market influencer relationships.
  • Strong sales and technical skills and customer relationship focus.
Responsibilities
  • Act as account manager for key customers in the regions.
  • Actively develop and/or implement sales plans and marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives, product and channel strategies.
  • Provide strong technical support to retail distributors and end-users to drive sales activities.
  • Focus on customer relationships and market intelligence to optimise results.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a commercial sales role or agronomy in the crop protection/nutrition industry.
  • A comprehensive understanding of summer and winter broadacre crop production systems.
  • Sound knowledge of traditional and innovative crop nutrition products would be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Location and Remuneration
  • Location is flexible within the sales region of Riverina / SNSW.
  • Base salary + FMV + uncapped commissions $$$ (which could x 3-4 your base)
