Your Talent
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Experience in a Retail environment with proven experience managing store projects and Visual Merchandising executions for Apparel & Footwear companies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

Your Mission
The Role:
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior ManagerVisual Merchandising and Store Development to join our team in Moorabbin. The role will be part of our Retail Senior Leadership Team and report into our Head of Retail. It will be responsible for managing the overall development and implementation of architectural projects for PUMA Stores and overseeing and executing the Visual Merchandising guidelines across Oceania.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the global retail design direction and Visual Merchandising strategy for Puma's retail channels.
- Implement and execute within Oceania the guidelines and standards for retail concepts and the related Visual Merchandising setups.
- Collaborate with the Global Store Development, Marketing, and Retail Merchandising teams to ensure that brand standards are reflected in all the in-store set ups and executions.
- Management of development projects assigned by the Head of Retail focusing on the coordination of store design, concept implementation, space planning while monitoring the project -budgets & -timelines
- Be present on project site and able to travel frequently to coordinate and supervise construction and ensure agreed design directive is executed in close collaboration with other departments
