AddressSafety, Quality and Improvement are looking for an Analytics and Data Manager to join their team. This unit develops frameworks, systems, tools and processes to support safe care, effective clinical governance, continuous improvement and clinical reform. The Unit includes the Safety & Quality team, Mental Health Information Management Team and Strategy and Innovation Team. The Unit comprises of staff from within the Nursing, Allied Health and Administration officer Streams. The successful applicant will provide operational and professional leadership of the Mental Health Information Management and Information, Planning and Innovation Teams.

About the Role
- Provide expert human resource management skills to support the delivery of traditional and innovative Digital, Data and Information Management Services.
- Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
- Use advanced data programs and tools (eg, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Angular) to optimise the flow of data to inform decision-making and service planning.
- Lead the development and implementation of a data & digital management plan that meets the AMHS needs and is informed by HHS, State and other relevant Strategy.
- Establish and maintain engagement with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure service delivery and team function is informed and supported by stakeholder needs.
- Develop policy and procedure that supports the service's delivery and optimisation of digital solutions.
