Based at one Shopping Centre and with travel to a 2nd Shopping Centre once a week or every second week, you will create the marketing plan and manage the campaigns. You will advocate for customer needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences for this entrepreneurial business that are receptive to new, creative ideas!*

Up to $120,000 Inclusive of Super + Bonus | Based on Experience
Full time position and based onsite at the centre with ad-hoc flexibility as needed!
Key position responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of annual marketing plan, promoting the shopping centre to increase sales and traffic
- Extending digital and social media presence of the assets
- Budget management
- Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns!
- Liaising with external agencies
- Managing website, brand, and signage
- Relevant reporting duties - traffic, demographics, budget and spend
- Building relationships with tenants, centre team, marketing agencies and local governing bodies
- Ad hoc administrative duties such as quarterly newsletters or raising purchase orders
- 2-4 + years’ experience ideally in a similar Marketing role
- Marketing experience within a Retail Centre, Property, Real Estate, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel or similar required
- Strong social media and digital marketing experience highly regarded
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Team player mentality and ability to work as part of large team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
