About the role
CBUS Super has a brand new full-time permanent opportunity within our Member Performance team. In your role as Senior Manager, Executive & Business Engagement, you will be responsible for uplifting and continuously improving the way the Member and Employer Experience division operates through superior engagement, analysis and reporting. This will provide essential visibility for The Executive team across operational risk, enterprise performance, budget, and regulatory impacts.
Reporting to the Group Head of Member Performance, the role will provide support to our Chief Member Officer and Deputy CEO with presentation packs and facilitating forums that underpin all facets of member experience. Your role will provide confidence that reporting is accurate and trustworthy for developing strategic initiatives related to member experience. To ensure this you will use your superior engagement skills to navigate complex information-heavy environments, to disseminate, corroborate and present factual data to our Executive team.
About you
You will have superior reporting and presentation skills at Senior Managerial level. You will be well rehearsed in engaging with Executive Level Committees and helping them to understand and have confidence in the data being reported on. You will have strong influencing skills, accountability and the ability to drive action.
You will ideally have come from a financial services/ superannuation background with a working knowledge of meaningful data driven insights, regulatory obligations and issues related to member impact. You will be investigative and analytical in your approach- keen to understand the reasons why, and helping to educate/ influence accordingly.
In addition, you must have the ability and willingness to have an agile and adaptable approach to prioritisation, which may come from varying stakeholders.
