The Opportunity - Senior Marketing Executive
Lead marketing and communications in programmes that augment Kalmar’s brand development and sales growth in SSEA and Oceania Territories.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the planning and implementation of promotional events and campaigns in coordination with the Frontline Sales Team.
- Support in the creation of marketing materials, such as product flyers, brochures, and other collateral.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and CRM marketing.
- Develop, maintain, and manage social media accounts, updating regularly with relevant content, including blogs and infographics.
- Monitor and evaluate analytics, generating reports related to website traffic, engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with members of the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure that all materials are consistent with the company's overall brand and messaging.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends
to identify opportunities for growth and development.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Education
- Degree Holder in business or marketing
communications or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in
marketing and communications.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
- Attentive to details, creative thinking, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills;
- An independent self-starter with passion to learn and accept new challenges in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across different functional teams for program implementation;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and preserve integrity of
sensitive information and data; - Proficient in Salesforce CRM, SAP, MS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google G suite
