We are working with an Australian Not-For-Profit who provide education, resources, and services to assist young people with Mental Health. They provide confidential support in the form of one-to-one counselling, focus groups and peer support groups to 12–25 year-olds facing challenges, with the aim of improving overall wellbeing. They also provide support services to parents to help them understand the signs of their children struggling and educate teachers on how to approach these situations.
About the Role
This 12-month Mat Leave cover will oversee a team of 3 direct reports and work cross-functionally across the business to roll out marketing campaigns and provide marketing support to fundraising, partnerships and services teams. This person will be responsible for planning the marketing calendar in accordance with the overall strategy and tone of voice, promoting services to both young people and parents, ensuring they are aware of what is on offer and how they can access help. The Senior Marketing Manager will manage relationships with Social Media channels, entertainment providers and gaming companies through which they drive campaigns to reach target audiences. They will also track campaign performance, manage budgets and reporting to support grants.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have had experience managing a marketing team and leading strategy and campaigns, ideally promoting a digital platform or product. NFP experience will be regarded but not necessary, as the company are open to bringing in different perspectives with a high level of marketing experience. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage stakeholders across the business and externally and operate efficiently to timelines and budgets.
