About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation and the development of a long-term marketing strategy. Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, you will develop, support, and implement strategies, products, and promotions to increase brand awareness. You will play a key part in establishing the business marketing plan to meet organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Attendance and contribution to sales, management, and project team meetings
- Management of company’s websites – including maintaining, developing, and designing
- Event and Promotion management
- Maintain brand and corporate image in all marketing material produced
- Manage and assist growing marketing team
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
This role suits someone with 5 years of marketing experience within the financial services industry, ideally coming from a non-bank lender. You will be an excellent communicator, both oral and written, having to communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational skills and ability to manage varied conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines. You will have experience with the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. The ability to work under pressure, and manage changing priorities is important in succeeding in the role.
