What your exciting days will look like:
- Creating an events strategy to drive both customer and portfolio growth and community engagement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align events strategy with business objectives
- Lead a team of Marketing Managers to plan and execute events driving commercial objectives and mission
- Designing and implementing programs to celebrate customers and drive retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
- Managing all aspects of event logistics and delivering campaigns (email, social, digital) to optimise recruitment, attendance and follow-up success
- B2B Marketing Expertise - strategy and execution, focused on events
- Skilled in event planning and execution including budgeting and logistics
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and leveraging events to optimise
- Experince in community building focused on brand engagement and customer advocacy
- Excellent project management, budget management and negotiation skills.
