Are you a senior strategic thinker with a passion for marketing? Here at BOQ Group, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our Everyday Banking portfolio and in this exciting opportunity, you’ll be responsible for realising our growth targets and driving customer and brand metrics. You will develop marketing plans for BOQ, VMA, and ME, outlining how each brand will uniquely compete in the market, attract its ideal target audience, and communicate its customer value propositions through compelling marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
Reporting into our fab Head of Marketing for Retail Products, you’ll lead a small team, whilst collaborating and connecting with stakeholders and partners, both internally and externally, to define key marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives. You’ll design communication briefs, influence prioritization in cross-functional teams and go-to-market forums, as well as support multiple campaign deliveries. Success in this role will be demonstrated through the development of marketing plans that drive growth and customer engagement.
