Our client is a well-established retail property group who has an impressive portfolio of assets. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced retail shopping centre marketing professional to join the the corporate team.
As the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering the business's marketing and communications strategy with a focus on driving centre traffic and retail sales. As well as:
- Ensure the centre follows the national style guide for all advertising, signage and print materials, in order to maintain brand integrity and maximum awareness for the group
- Ensure centre brand identity is maintained across all marketing campaigns and events
- Manage agency relationships including (without limitation) creative, digital, VM, PR and media. Review and make recommendations for all media proposals and campaigns
- Regular review and oversight of established social media strategy. Strategic planning and oversight of social media content, website and digital assets. App development, enhancement and management as required. Strategic development and integration of digital assets into AMP’s digital ecosystem/portfolio
- Ensure all centre management staff (including customer service) are briefed on all promotions/events/campaigns
- Review of 'Always on' communications.
To be successful in this role you will have proven marketing experience in a retail shopping centre property environment and have a deep understanding of shopping centre operations. You will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to forge relationships with retailers and create best practice brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
We are open to candidates with a background in shopping centres, retailers, property or brand agency. Must be passionate, engaging and collaborative in your approach.
