What You Will Be Doing
The Integrated Youth Assertive Team (IYAT) is a community based multidisciplinary team that provides assertive, flexible assessment and treatment options for young people aged 12-25 years experiencing significant Mental Health difficulties and conditions, along with their families and carers. Young people accessing the IYAT have a range of Mental Health difficulties and diagnosis, often with co-occurring substance use and complex social issues.
As part of the Integrated Youth Assertive Team you will provide assessment and treatment options to young people aged 12-25 experiencing significant Mental Health difficulties and conditions. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, alongside the families and carers to provide assessments, clinical case management and therapeutic interventions to support the recovery journey.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrations
• Post Graduate qualifications in Mental Health
• Experience in working in youth Mental Health &/or in a community Mental Health setting (CAMHS or Adult Services)
• Current Victorian Driver’s License
• Working with Children Check

*Please refer to salary circular VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
