The Opportunity
You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic mobility and Workforce Planning initiatives for WooliesX, ensuring alignment with the organisations overall strategic objectives.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective deployment of talent across the WooliesX ecosystem
- Make decisions related to resource utilisation across the WooliesX ecosystem in consultation with the Finance, Transformation, and People & Culture communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to gain insights into business needs and ensure that Workforce Planning initiatives are tailored to meet those needs.
Create frameworks for capacity planning, prioritisation, development, and business planning.
What you'll bring
- Experience in Workforce Planning, payroll, time & attendance, or GL systems, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic Workforce Planning initiatives.
- Ability to bring complex concepts to life for a diverse stakeholder group, using clear and concise language and visuals to ensure understanding and engagement.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, able to establish trust and credibility across the organisation.
