We're looking to onboard one of Australia's next top performing brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established broker looking to earn $200k+ within a short timeframe.
Remuneration:
On target earnings (OTE) = $200,000 p/a + trail income.
Minimum settlement target of $4 million per month.
Broker commission split:
- 65% upfront commission
- 30% trail commission

About the role:
This role is for an experienced residential Mortgage Broker, that has a strong loan processing background. Ability to handle high pressure workload and meet KPI's is essential.
Successful candidate will fully process their own loans from start to finish. If performance is excellent, we can look at providing dedicated loan processors to increase broker settlement volume to $100 million p/a or more.
Deltos Finance specialises in first home buyer loans for NSW, VIC, and TAS. Majority of leads provided are pre-qualified with income of at least $100k, deposit of at least $30k, and should be eligible for first home buyer benefits.
Brokers have access to the Deltos referral program, where we offer B2B referral partners and existing clients referral rewards. This allows brokers to grow their own referral relationships under Deltos Finance and provide an alternative lead source to meet KPI's and increase earning potential.
Succesful candidate will operate under the Mortgage Australia Group credit license and aggregate through AFG. (If you're currently with another credit license or aggregator - that's perfectly fine)
Key responsibilities:
- Interview clients via video meeting (During and after business hours)
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships on behalf of Deltos.
- Contact leads within a specified timeframe.
- Accurately calculate borrowing power using relevant income documents.
- Request rate discounts for all loan amounts above $600k.
- Present tailored loan proposals based on N&O's and borrowing capacity.
- Fully process your own deals through to settlement.
- Regularly update the excel deal tracker.
- Provide regular client updates throughout the process.
- Request 5-star reviews from successfully settled clients.
- Request BDM exceptions and policy clarification when needed.
- Educate first home buyers and assist them to make informed decisons.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years broking experience.
- Cert 4 or diploma in mortgage broking.
- Strong loan processing background.
- Solid understanding of lender policy.
- No compliance history issues.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
- Passion for helping first home buyers.
- SalesTrekker, AFG, & Flex experience (Not essential).
- History of settling at least $12 million p/a.
- Extremely driven to become a top performing broker.
