About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Software Engineering team. We build, maintain and operate solutions focused on helping our customers modernize their applications by removing platform issues and opening up access to valuable business data. The technical domains we operate in are .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, DevOps and integration.
The role will involve working with our Developers and Architects to design, build and execute solutions for our customers.
This role will initially see you working on an incredibly rewarding account making a real difference in the community.
What you'll bring
- Experience in C# .NET, .NET Web Service and SQL Server
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (desirable KnockoutJS and KendoUI)
- Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013 and customisations for SharePoint (Webpart, Event Receivers, Workflows)
- Previous experience with SharePoint administration and upgrades is desirable
- Experience in web design patterns like MVC and MVVM
- An understanding of Integration, message queuing and Cloud technologies and the ability to work closely with the development team at a technical level
- Previous experience in a Senior / Lead role within a Consulting environment would be advantageous, as this is very much a 'growth' role
- Experience working in the Azure cloud platform and Cloud native development like AWS or Azure
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can work independently to design and automate solutions, but also play a key part in a very close-knit team
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
- Experience in leading frontend technologies like React, Angular and VUE
- Experience in DevOps
- Desirable .NET core
