Form of workThe Company: An award-winning and highly established custom Home Building Company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced Senior NewHome BuildingSales Consultant to join their growing sales team based in one of the company's display homes in Werribee. Purpose of the role: The primary responsibility of the Senior New Home Expert is to facilitate the sale of custom or collection range homes and to guide clients through the Home Building journey.
This role involves understanding clients' visions, conducting design consultations, and ensuring smooth collaboration with our design and construction teams. Full Time. 38-hour week, 30min lunch break.
Saturday to Wednesday 10am–6pm (Flexible) Key Responsibilities of the Role:Client Collaboration and Design Development:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for their custom home to ensure their vision is realised in the final design.
- Gain an understanding of clients' budgets to propose designs within specified financial parameters.
