Description
Key Duties include:
- Provide Leadership and management to the Appeals & Customer Service team
- Coordinate with landlords and clients on the customer portal system, including registration and user management, and generating reports.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to provide insights on site performance and improvements
- Prepare quotations and service agreements for potential clients.
- Manage setup processes for new car parks across various systems.
- Deliver comprehensive monthly and weekly reports to finance and operations managers.
- Manage the debtor's process and liaise with third-party agencies.
Profile
Skills and requirements:
- Previous Experience in an office environment, leading a team, preferably in a busy customer service or orientated role
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in managing deadlines and prioritising busy workloads
- High-level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and Excel competency.
