About the Position:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take on a leadership role. Leading a small but passionate team, you will use your expertise to mentor junior and mid-career Occupational Therapists.Your role will encompass a hands-on approach to complex case management with a reduced caseload, allowing you to focus on quality care and team development. Your work will be varied, with community-based services and the option to operate within our cutting-edge clinic.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Occupational Therapy, with a strong background in leadership.
- Expertise in managing complex caseloads across all ages, with a focus on neurological and physical disabilities, and ASD.
- Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and drive client-focused outcomes.
- A commitment to strategic development, including the enhancement of therapy resources and educational materials.
