The role
The Receptionist and Administration Assistant will work as a collaborative member of the campus administration team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Main Reception on campus by providing high quality administration and reception support, and exceptional customer service to our school community. This position offers a combined total of six weeks of annual leave.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Reception duties- including distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Manage parent, staff, student, community enquiries and process student absences
- Manage and maintain multiple shared meeting room calendars
- Organise, book and process Future Student Interviews
- Book ad-hoc online interviews and /or meetings
- Provide administration support when requested to Heads of Department,
- Heads of School, Academic staff
- Maintaining and update procedural manuals including development of reception administration processes and efficiency
- Administration tasks as required including:
- Data entry
- Entering, creating, printing awards and certificates
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Print, copy, laminate, bind and filing.
About You
To be successful in the role you will bring the following with you:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a reception or administration position
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite, with excellent spelling and grammatical skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office365 and Synergetic will be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills.
