Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently oversee meeting rooms and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage office supplies, keeping the workspace well-stocked and optimally functional.
- Spearhead the creation and management of documentation, maintaining accuracy and organisation.
- Uphold a tidy and orderly office environment that reflects the commitment to excellence.
- Implementing strategies to improve processes throughout the business
- Skillfully manage CRM data entry.
- Contribute to the team's success by taking on additional tasks as needed.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, complemented by strong overall computer literacy.
- Experience with Adobe, Proposify, and CRM database systems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships.
