You're looking to embed yourself in projects of different sizes and become part of a team that's shaping the landscape across NSW.
You'll have the opportunity to use your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution to help thousands of people every day.
In this role, you'll:
Support a team through acquisition of land for the Inland Rail Project, including all data management approval notices including directly liaising with ARTC, dealing with all acquisitions and agreements.
Manage forecasting budget, including data entry to PIMS, ensuring accurate integrety of information, managing and maintain property forecasts.
Deliver cost effective services to the branch and work across all stages of the project lifecycle, Providing briefing notes, for property acquisition process.
Initial contract until 27/09/24
About you
Qualifications and experience in a property-based discipline or extensive experience in property as well as, experience with commercial matters will be well regarded.
