This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment commencing ASAP for up to (six) 6 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

About this role
This position works with the broader Organisational Development (OD) team on strategic initiatives to improve organisational culture, engagement, capability, and performance. It will lead the development and implementation of organisation wide projects, plans, strategies and initiatives, particularly in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), culture, values and engagement; working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation.
This role reports to the Director People Strategy and Organisational Development.
Area Profile
North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) covers almost 1000 square kilometres, with a population of almost 740,000, representing about 28 per cent of Western Australia’s total, and is projected to grow to more than 0.9 million by 2031. NMHS healthcare providers are fully accredited and offer a range of highly specialised, multidisciplinary, state-wide services from several hospital and outpatient/ambulatory care settings, as well as services specifically aimed at the north metropolitan catchment.
