We are hiring for below roles:
- Testers:
- Analyze documented specifications, user stories, and requirements to support the creation of test cases.
- Write, review, and execute complex test cases, ensuring effective prioritization and execution.
- Report and track the resolution of defects/issues found during testing.
- Perform manual testing against functional and non-functional project requirements, including data migration, system integration, and accessibility.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in system and integration testing of large-scale systems using manual testing methods.
- Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, understanding swagger files (YAML), and utilizing Cucumber for feature-driven development.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment and using DevOps toolsets.
- Strong understanding of testing principles such as Test Phases, Test Reporting, Test Traceability, Defect Triage, and Defect Management Lifecycle.
2. Test Lead:
- Guide a small team of 2-3 resources through testing. manual + automation testing of Salesforce FSC enhancements. Analysis of the Salesforce requirement specification.
• Develop test plan.
• Develop automation scripts in java
• Develop test strategy
• Prepare solution delivery of projects
• Writing script for automating the regression test cases
• Execute test cases, analyze test results and defect tracking.
• Test/Automation Tools for Salesforce testing
• Feature Driven Delivery experience
3. Analyst:
- Agile ways of working with hands-on experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and customizations.
- Previous experience with reporting and requirements elicitation.
- Ability to work with ambiguous and evolving requirements.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Capability to work with a variety of stakeholders across teams to ensure timely quality outcomes.
- Self-driven and team player with the ability to engage with different teams and add value.
- Understanding of systems landscape with a view on compliance and regulatory impacts to proposed solutions.
