Blade Pile QLD (BPQ) is looking for a motivated individual that is looking to build a career in the construction industry.
BPQ is part of the Blade Pile Group (BPG), an innovative organisation that manufacturers, contracts and installs steel screw piles for the residential and commercial construction industries.
This role will see you manage the scheduling of our projects across SEQ which involves a lot of time on the phone with customers, installers and discussions with our in-house manufacturing team.

Job Requirements:
- General experience in construction industry
- Ability to understand construction and engineering plans
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with builders, subcontractors and production
- Motivated, mature mindset that is willing to learn and adapt
Beneficial experience:

- Experience with SimPro
- Proficient with Office 365 (SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc.)
Job Description / Outline
- Schedule product installations with customers and subcontractors
- Monitor order progress with manufacturing team
- Manage scheduling database and update job data as developments occur
- Liaise with builders to book installations and/or discuss variations
- Liaise with installation subcontractors to schedule works
- Answer office phone and work mobile, make calls and respond to emails
- Basic quotation & admin work where necessary.
