Our French patisserie 'Maison Saint-Honoré', based in the Swan Valley, is currently looking for a
Senior Pastry Chef to join our team, on a full-time basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the kitchen
- Determining production levels for the next day
- Ensuring ingredients and materials are of acceptable quality
- Preparing and baking a wide variety of goods such as macarons, cakes, brownies, and tarts
- Creating new desserts to renew the menu and engage the interest of customers.
Experience & skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Pastry Chef is required (+ previous
