More about the Role:
As the Senior Patient Services Administrator working in our Bundoora clinic, you will:
- Set the tone and lead the daily operations of our Bundoora clinic.
- Thrive working autonomously - with responsive support at your fingertips.
- Assist the Patient Services Manager - Vic in achieving best administrative practices and providing exceptional patient experiences.
- Be a collaborative member of the Senior Patient Services Leadership team where the focus is on continuous improvement and skill development.
- Provide quality customer service to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
Qualifications and skills we value:
