My client is a National Construction Company that produces varied Commercial design and construct projects up to $50M and they have an abundance of upcoming government works in education, health and social housing.
They have already secured an impressive pipeline of new projects in excess of $300M in 2024 alone. Due to their continued growth and reputation for delivering quality projects they require a Senior Contracts administrator to join their Melbourne Office and lead a team of 3 experienced Contract Administrators.
The right person will receive a generous salary package and the opportunity to grow with a supportive, progressive team working on varied projects from $5M to in excess of $50M+. You will provided with ongoing training, support and mentor-ship to help you achieve your own personal goals at the same time as delivering innovative projects with a great team.
Necessary Skills:
- A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge and skills
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator working on commercial projects over $10M
- JOBPAC experience seen as an advantage
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claims
- Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts
- Lead your team by example
- Mentor your team to excel in a major growth industry
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
