Nillumbik Medical Centre is a part of Lifelong Healthcare, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Admin/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Our centre boasts a supportive and friendly environment made up of skilled GPs, Nurses, Receptionists, and Allied Health professionals.
The Role
As the Senior Administration of Nillumbik Medical Centre, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our bustling clinic. You will provide leadership and support to our reception team while closely collaborating with our general practitioners and allied health professionals. This permanent full-time position reports directly to our Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Ensure practice safety and maintain high standards across the clinic.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage rosters and budgets.
- Oversee staff management and development.
- Adhere to documented policies and procedures.
