As the Senior payroll Officer you will work within the finance team and be responsible for end to end payroll, reconciliations and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
- Ensure compliance with state legislation and regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Maintenance of the Payroll System (technology one/ humanforce): Ensure the accurate functioning of our payroll system, keeping it up-to-date and efficient.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and process terminations, variations, salary increases, and back payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Superannuation and Work Cover: Prepare and manage superannuation and work cover deductions efficiently.
- Ensure payroll reconciliations are up to date
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
