The Role:
With the support of a dedicated and supportive Payroll Manager, this role with encompass end-to-end payroll within a friendly and tightly knit team environment that fosters personal development and growth. As the organisation implements new systems and streamlines processes, this presents an ideal chance to participate in a project.
Duties include:
- Timely and accurate processing of end-to-end payroll including timesheet review, salary packaging, leave management and superannuation.
- Award interpretation.
- New starters and terminations.
- End of month reconciliation and payroll reporting.
- Provide high touch customer service to payroll queries.
- Opportunity to get involved in system implementation and process improvement project.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
As an experienced Payroll Officer, you will demonstrate:
- Experience managing high-volume payroll.
- Exposure to different types of Modern Awards.
- Experience working with rostering systems would be highly advantageous.
- Well-developed customer service and communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment and adapt to change in a growing organisation.
