Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Senior Payroll Specialist AU is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand business stakeholders. This role is a 2 year fixed term contract, with the potential to extend!
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Payroll accuracy and improvement initiatives to ensure our people are consistently paid the right amounts at the right times. Partnering with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to coach and train the broader HTR team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement opportunities. Work with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to prioritise managing Payroll queries.
Lead support in resolving exceptional cases related to payroll and post payroll matters, including Payroll Tax and Superannuation administration. Liaise between GBS and Kraft Heinz on Service Level Agreements and Reverse Service Level Agreements and drive action plans to improve performance on both sides. Work closely with Global process owners and teams to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practicalities, and exceptions.
About YouStrong payroll / accounting background including EBA interpretations. Understanding of Hire to Retire and Payroll processes. Minimum of 5 years of progressing work experience in Payroll and/or Payroll Compliance areas.
Experience working in an operational capacity within GBS is preferred. Experience working with BPO, or offshore teams is highly preferred. Benefits ProgramHybrid
