Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations across all our businesses. This role is ideal for a university student or a someone looking to work school hours. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks such as:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls / emails – Tenants, Property Managers and Suppliers.
- Schedule appointments and job bookings – Diary Management
- Quoting, Invoicing and Reporting – Via our CRM Service M8.
- Stock and Inventory Management
- Coordinate communication between clients and team members across all businesses
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Pick up items locally as needed (business vehicles provided)
- Execute marketing strategies
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance as directed by Marketing Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in Service M8 – (Preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Valid QLD Driver's License
Hours and Compensation:
- Part-time Casual position (20-25 hours per week available)
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($27 - $30 per hour)
- Flexible working hours, ideally suited for university students or parents looking to work school hours. (Can be tailored for the suitable candidate – Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 2.30pm preferred)
