We seek a strategic HR leader to partner with businesses, design people strategies, and cultivate a safe, positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure WHS compliance.
- Partner with leaders on people strategies for operational excellence.
- Leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Lead and develop the recruitment and people services team.
- Oversee People and Culture systems and projects.
- Develop and implement a talent strategy (recruitment & onboarding).
- Manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure fair compensation and accurate HRIS data.
- Contribute to strategic decisions with business acumen.
- Advise on legislative funding and trainee wages.
You are a:
- HR, Business, Law graduate with extensive experience.
- Proven leader with a track record of supporting and developing a team.
- Excellent communicator with strong business acumen.
- Adept at building relationships and driving change.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Suite, and relevant legislation.
- Flexible and adaptable with a “C” class driver’s license.
