- Join the development and own the execution of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Avec’s mission and business objectives.
- Establish and build strong relationships throughout the business.
- Positively consult to and influence key stakeholders on people related matters.
- Provide support and advice on technical matters with best practice and in accordance with legislation and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence and implement P&C best practices that support Avec’s growth and success.
- Drive innovation and look for opportunities to drive operational excellence into culture, processes, and technologies.
Qualifications- Proven track record as a P&C Business Partner
- Ability to influence and lead P&C initiatives at a senior level.
- Proven experience in contributing to the design and implementation of a P&C strategy.
- Strong appreciation for process and detail while excelling in ambiguity.
- Go-getter attitude to drive positive change.
- Likes to have fun!
- Confident, collaborative, and solutions-orientated
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills and customer oriented with a focus to deliver to outcomes.
