Squiz has an opportunity for an experienced P&C Business Partner/Manager or P&C Lead to join our business and play a key role in our next phase of growth. You enjoy leading from the front and playing a part in delivering strategies across the employee lifecycle. You will be comfortable working and interacting with teams in various timezones (USA, EMEA & ANZ).

What you would do:
  • Partner with our People Leaders and Executives to design and deliver strategies across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Cultivate our culture and embed our global EVP
  • Coach and mentor our people leaders to continue to build leadership capabilities
  • Enhance our hybrid working culture for better connection and collaboration
  • Lead delivery of core organisational wide projects that help shape strong leaders and drive high performance
  • Day to day leadership of the People & CultureBusiness Partners (Poland & USA)
  • Drive our people strategy
  • Provide HR thought leadership and operational excellence

Who you would be working with:
Our Global People & Culture Team are a quirky and dedicated bunch who help drive Squiz's strategy every day. We work collaboratively with our People Leaders across all the regions to align business objectives and provide relevant people solutions and create a great environment for our people.
The Senior People & Culture Business Partner will work alongside our Chief People Officer to set strategic priorities and help identify areas where our leaders should direct their focus to set the business up for success. They will also advise and support our People Leaders on operational and strategic issues while helping them implement high-performing, integrated employee experiences. This role will lead the global people and culture team and oversee the global operations. Our ANZ P&C team sit within Sydney CBD and foster our hybrid approach to flexible working.
