Job DescriptionAre you a people person who loves variety and can keep pace with a busy team and office? This role would suit a Senior Personal Assistant with proven experience providing a range of secretarial and administrative support services. Based in our Adelaide office, we are looking for a people person who is energetic and looking to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team.Your OpportunityForming part of the Enterprise division, the Senior Personal Assistant will play a crucial role by providing provide administrative support to several Partners and the team both within our office and virtually. You will:
  • The position provides high-level executive support to several Partners and day-to-day office management.
  • Proactively manage workflow including proactive diary and inbox management, organising internal and client meetings, arranging travel & preparing documents on behalf of the Partners.
  • Greet and build relationships with clients, providing a positive KPMG experience, including managing client meeting rooms and bookings.
  • Manage strong professional relationships to senior internal and external stakeholders and their EAs.
  • Organise, manage, and run internal and external events.
  • Assist with business development initiatives by contacting target clients on behalf of Partners.
  • In collaboration with our National Onboarding and Enterprise division, you will assist with on boarding and off boarding of employees.
  • Manage systems to ensure up to date versions.
  • IT co-ordination and assistance.
  • Support the team for 12 Month Parental Leave Cover

  • Relevant experience supporting high performing team and senior leaders with administration services.
  • You are a personable and organised administrator confident working in a professional or corporate services environment.
  • You are a Microsoft Office pro, and are confident using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Confident using technology with the ability and can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes.
  • This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skills, energy and attention to detail.
  • You thrive taking care of all the little details that make events exceptional, and know your way around event management booking systems and business development activities
  • You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards learning, accuracy and deadlines.
  • Experience in office management and high-level executive support is highly desired.
