Personal Assistant To Head Of Senior School

St John's Grammar School is a leading ELC to Year 12 Independent Anglican School located in Belair, South Australia, with an exceptional reputation for providing high-quality education and development opportunities for its students and staff.

This role supports the Head of Senior School, Assistant Head of Senior School in the daily operations of Senior School as well as provides campus wide Student Services.  The role is integral in ensuring that Senior School events, camps and trips are organised in an efficient and effective manner.

With a proven record working in a related environment, you will:

• Ensure all Senior School events are coordinated effectively
• Provide coordination and administration assistance to all camps and trips for the Senior School
• Support the VET Coordinator / Careers Counsellor with administration support for events including the Careers Expo and Work Experience 
• Provide organisational and administration services to the Head and Assistant Head of Senior School as required.
• Prepare parent communications
• Process and accounting for student absences
• Support Student Services 
• Provide First Aid for students
• Working collaboratively with the PA to Middle School as part of the Student Services team

This role offers you the opportunity to utilise your positive and organised nature within our Secondary Executive team and the wider school community. This positions will commence asap and is a permanent part time position (37.5 hours per week) working 41 weeks of the year (school terms plus 2 weeks during non term time).
