About the role
We are looking for a senior Physiotherapist who is passionate about making a difference to the health and wellbeing of older people to join the Community Outreach for Health Ageing Team. You will be working with clients individually in their homes and in community groups. Your focus will be on empowering clients to make positive changes to improve their health and functional ability, to maintain and improve their independence.
